Suite 125 is $310/weekly. It is located on the first floor steps away from laundry and break room. It is approximately 144 sqft and is an internal unit.
Suite 130 is $310/weekly. It is located on the first floor off a main waiting room and entry way. It is approximately 150 sqft and is an internal unit.
Suite 131 is $325/weekly and on the first floor. It is off a main waiting room and entry way. Suite is approx. 160 sqft and an internal unit. Unit has a half wall and sink prepped perfectly for cosmetology or aesthetics.
Suite 133 is $350/weekly. It is located on the first floor off a main waiting room and entry way. It is approximately 148 sqft and has one window.
Suite 136 is $325/weekly. It is located on the first floor off a main waiting room and entry way. It is approximately 155 sqft and is an internal unit with a large window facing hallway.
Suite 137 is $325/weekly. It is located on the first floor off a main waiting room and entry way. It is approximately 186 sqft and is an internal unit with a large window facing hallway.
Suite 138 is $325/weekly. It is located on the first floor off a main waiting room and entry way. It is approximately 164 sqft and is an internal unit.
Suite 139 is $450/weekly. Located on the first floor, this large 300 sqft suite is off a main waiting room and entry way. Unit is spacious and can easily fit two tenants or multiple services. Unit has one large window.

We believe in flexibility! Pick a tour type that works best for you and your schedule.
Option One: Self-Guided Tour
Head to Studio Suites and walk around at your own pace. Building and available suites are open from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Sunday, so go whenever is convenient.
Take as many photos and videos as needed! While you’re there, our property manager, Grace, is just a phone call away! Feel free to call, text, or email her while your walking around to ask any questions.

After you’ve toured, reach out with the suite that makes the most sense for your business and budget!

After selecting your suite, your new property manager, Grace, will set up your lease agreement. New tenant leases are set for a year! This will be sent to you via DocuSign so you can review and sign it! Then it’s officially, you’re a member of the Studio Suite family!

Now it’s the fun part! Set up the suite how’d you like! We will make sure you have any sinks, shampoo bowls, or other agreed upon items set up! You’ll get a fob to the building and keys to your suite! Rent is free for the first 6 weeks, so you only need to focus on client experience!
